We are based in King's Cross, London. Drop-off is available at our King's Cross location, with collection and delivery offered for an additional fee. We provide free collection and delivery within a 1-mile radius of N1, EC1, and WC1, and may also extend services across Central London and the M25 area depending on availability.
Once cleaned, each item is carefully packaged in a sanitised protective bag to keep it fresh, hygienic, and ready to use.

We are based in King's Cross, London. We operate across Central London, with free collection and delivery within a 1-mile radius of N1, EC1, and WC1. Services may also be extended more widely across London and the M25, depending on availability.
Collection and delivery are complimentary within a 1-mile radius of King's Cross and applicable nearby postcodes. Beyond that, a delivery fee applies according to distance. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Collection and delivery are available Monday to Sunday, subject to availability, from our King's Cross base.
Our standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours, allowing time for deep cleaning, drying, quality checks, and secure packaging. A faster turnaround may be possible depending on availability.
We recommend booking one to two weeks in advance, particularly during busy periods. For new arrivals, booking at least four weeks ahead is advisable. Urgent requests are still welcome.
We do not offer mould treatment. We always do our best to clean and refresh affected items, but black mould, especially on fabrics, may leave permanent marks. If you are uncertain whether an item remains suitable for use, we recommend seeking qualified advice.
