We always aim for the best possible improvement, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the material, age of the stain, previous cleaning, sun damage, dye loss and the item’s overall condition. We do not use harsh chemicals or dyes simply to disguise permanent damage.

Yes, we do treat mould; however, every enquiry is assessed individually before we confirm a booking. The extent of the mould needs to be reviewed so we can advise whether it is something we can safely and effectively treat. Surface-level mould can often be treated successfully, but more severe cases may not always be suitable. Before confirming your booking, we will ask you to send clear photos of the affected area so our team can assess it and advise you honestly. Where mould treatment is deemed suitable, there is no additional charge—it is included as part of your valet service. Complete mould removal cannot be guaranteed, and marks may remain depending on the severity and the material.

Our standard turnaround is approximately 48 to 72 hours. This allows time for inspection, deep cleaning, careful drying and final quality checks. Faster turnaround may sometimes be available depending on the item and our current schedule.

Yes. We provide collection and return across London and Greater London, subject to postcode and availability. Limited collection may also be available for nearby postcodes just outside London. Enter your postcode when booking and we will confirm availability and any applicable collection fee.

Free collection and return is available within 1 mile of Ilford and King’s Cross. For all other locations, a distance-based collection fee may apply. Enter your postcode when booking and we will confirm the collection arrangements and any applicable fee before your booking is secured.

Choose your preferred service or package and contact us through WhatsApp with your postcode, preferred date and the items you need cleaned. A £20 deposit secures the booking and is deducted from the final balance. The deposit is refundable when cancellation is made at least 24 hours before collection. We recommend booking one to two weeks ahead where possible, although urgent requests are welcome.

Yes. We are fully insured for the services we provide. Every item is also inspected before cleaning and checked again before return.
